Guilt free to the MAX at only 20 cals each!!! Substitute avocado, banana, or mango with extra banana or even pumpkin!

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 cup, mashed Bananas
  •  1/4 cup, cubes Avocados
  •  1/4 cup, sliced Mangos
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original
  •  5.3333 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) Market Pantry 100% Egg Whites
  •  1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  6 serving (serving = 1/3 cup) Bob's Red Mill Whole Grain Oat Flour
  •  24 serving (serving = 1 packet) Market Pantry Sugar Substitute with Stevia Extract
  •  1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  •  2 tsp Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
   

q Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325F.
2. Combine banana, mango and avocado in blender or nutribullet.
3. Whisk in remaining wet ingredients.
4. Whisk dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
5. Spoon 1 Tbsp batter into mini muffin pan, sprayed with olive oil cooking spray. (My batter yielded 48 muffins! They are all gone!)
6. Bake 10-12 minutes.
