All the flavour, with added protein, minus the sugar!
1 + 1/2 scoop vanilla whey
1/4 cup almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
3 tbsp truvia
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 medium egg
1 x 100g pot of applesauce
3 tbsp almond milk
Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees Celcius. Mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the wet ingredients and stir to form a batter. Pour the batter into a silicone muffin mould.
Sprinkle each muffin with a sugar cinnamon topping of:
2 tbsp truvia and 1/2 tsp cinnamon mixed in a bowl
Bake for 15 minutes.
