Low fat protein blondies made with peanut powder.

² Ingredients

  •  4 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Trader Joe's Peanut Flour Defatted
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 rounded scoop) Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Natural 100% Whey - Vanilla
  •  24 serving (serving = 1/2 tsp) Truvia Baking Blend
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original
  •  0 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  •  0.9 serving (serving = 1 serving (122 g)) Applesauce Unsweetened
  •  1.3 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites
   

q Directions

1 cup peanut powder (PB2 or peanut flour)
1/2 cup vanilla whey
1/4 cup truvia
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
100g pot of apple puree
1/4 cup liquid egg whites
1/4 cup almond milk

Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees C. Mix together the almond milk and apple cider vinegar and set aside. Mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl and add all of the wet ingredients. Pour the batter into silicone mini brownie pans and bake for 20 or so minutes. Leave to cool before cutting.
