Protein packed pumpkin scones filled with raisins with a low fat peanut flavour to make them extra yum!
3/4 cup reduced fat Sukrin almond flour
3/4 cup peanut flour
3 scoops vanilla whey
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup truvia
1/3 cup liquid egg whites
2/3 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup raisins
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees C. Mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add in the wet and finally the raisins and mix well to form a thick batter. Pour the batter into a silicone can pan and press down evenly to fill the pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes until fully baked and leave to cool before slicing.
