Delicious protein cookies that you don't even have to bake! Woohoo!
In a bowl mix together 2 scoops chocolate whey (50g), 1 tbsp cacao powder, 1 tbsp truvia, 1/2 cup oats and 1 tbsp coconut flour. Melt 1 tbsp coconut oil and add to the dry mixture along with 1 tbsp runny peanut butter, and 1/4 cup almond milk to form a sticky dough. Wet hands and roll into balls, wet hands again and press down each cookie with 3 fingers to flatten and place in the fridge on a silicone lined tray to set.
