Give these cinnamon swirl protein pancakes a try!
12c Rolled Oats
1 scoop Cinnamon Swirl Protein Powder
1/4c Egg Whites
1 Small ripe banana
1/2c Cottage Cheese
1 Tbs Coconut Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
3 Tbs Almond Milk
1 Truvia Packet
Topping:
1c plain Greek non fat yogurt
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Mix all ingredients in a blender, and our on pre heated non stick greased pan and cook at medium to low heat. Make sure they cook all the way through.
Topping is plain greek non fat yogurt, mixed with vanilla extract and cinnamon
