Delicious coconut brownies - without any added sugar or processed ingredients!
Mix together:
3/4 cup Greek yoghurt,
1/2 cup cocoa powder,
1 egg,
1/3 cup powdered stevia,
1/2 cup oat flour,
half a tsp baking powder and
1/2 cup shredded coconut. Then add milk (I used almond milk) until a nice thick consistency - I added around 1/4 cup.
Pour into a lined tray and bake at 180 degrees C for around 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
