These are absolutely delicious and have a chewy texture that rivals shop-bought cookies!
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Mix in a bowl:
1 and 1/4 cup oat flour,
1/2 cup shredded coconut,
1 tsp baking powder,
1/3 cup powdered stevia,
3 tbsp melted coconut oil,
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk,
1 egg and a handful of chocolate chips.
Mould the dough into cookie shapes and place on a baking sheet. Bake for around 8-10 minutes. Gobble them all up
