Fluffy protein pancakes which you can stack up high!

q Directions

In a blender/processor mix together: 1 scoop banana protein powder, 1/2 cup oats or 1/3 cup oat flour, a pinch of baking powder, 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt, 1 egg white, 1 tbsp coconut flour, 1/2 a banana mashed, and 3-4 tbsp of almond milk. Cook on a medium to low heat and flip when bubbles appear on the surface. Stack em up and dig in
