These protein bars are THE BOMB!!
In a bowl combine:
2 cups of plain puffed rice,
3 scoops of chocolate protein powder,
1/4 cup honey,
1/2 cup peanut butter (slightly melted in the microwave)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk.
Once thoroughly combined, press the mixture into a small try and freeze until set. Then chop into bars and store in the fridge !
