Easy and delicious healthy banana bread.
3 cups flour (I used oat, but you could use almond),
3-4 super ripe mashed bananas,
1 tsp baking powder,
1 tsp vanilla extract,
2 eggs.
(This is the basic recipe, I added cinnamon, a teeny bit of almond milk, and chopped walnuts/pecans too).
Mix the ingredients, pour into a lined tin and bake at 180 degrees for around 40-50 minutes (keep checking it!).
