Delicious cookies with a secret ingredient!
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. In a food processor combine: 1 can of chickpeas (drained weight of 240g, drain, rinse and dry them), 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup milk (I used unsweetened almond), 1/4 cup honey (you could also use agave nectar), 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1/2 tsp baking powder. Once blended thoroughly, stir in a handful of dark chocolate chips. Place little mounds of the mixture on a lined tray (and lick the mixing bowl clean ðŸ˜), and bake for around 10 minutes. Leave them to cool and set - they'll still be a bit squishy when they come out the oven - then devour them
