These cookies are super simple with only 4 ingredients.
Just mash up 2 bananas and mix them with 1 cup of oats and 1/4 cup of peanut butter, and then stir in 2 tbsp of raisins. Line a tray with baking paper and plop the mixture on, and bake at 180c for around 8-10mins or until they're cooked through. These are easily customisable, so you could add cinnamon, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, etc - go wild!
