Delicious and healthy almond chocolate chip cookies! Paleo and low carb!
This makes a small batch:
1 and a 1/4 cup almond flour
3 tbsp grass fed butter or coconut oil (melted)
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla
A pinch of baking soda
A handful of dark chocolate chips.
Mix all the ingredients except the 1/4 cup almond flour, then add this in if the mixture seems too thin (this depends on the butter/oil you use). Then bake on a baking sheet for a about 10 minutes, leave to cool and set (they're still soft when they come out the oven!), then enjoy.
