These creamy cups are a perfect substitution when you are craving a frozen dessert---sweet, low carb and high in protein.
Blend all first layer ingredients (3/4 cup cottage cheese, 2 tbsp. sugar free maple syrup, chocolate protein powder, 1 packet stevia) together and pour evenly into 6 silicone cupcakes. Blend second layer ingredients (3/4 cup cottage cheese, 2 tbsp. sugar free maple syrup, vanilla protein powder, 1 packet stevia) together and pour over first layer. Sprinkle with chopped up quest bar and freeze for at least 1 hour. Drizzle with melted chocolate if you are feeling adventurous!
