  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tortilla) Food For Life Baking Company Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Tortillas
  •  1/4 cup Hummus
  •  3/4 serving (serving = 3/4 cup) Frieda's Kabocha Squash
  •  1/4 cup Baby Spinach
  •  1 serving (serving = 4 oz) Perdue Boneless Chicken Breast

- 1 ezekiel sprouted grain tortilla
- 1/4 cup cucumber spinach hummus (recipe on my blog) or any hummus
- 4 oz baked boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped
- 1/4 cup spinach
-2-3 pieces of kabocha squash, chopped

Spread cucumber spinach hummus on the tortilla. Stuff with spinach, chicken and kabocha squash!
