No Sugar Added Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug Cake Topped with Banana Whipped Cottage Cheese & Date Sauce

Chocolate PB Mug Cake:
- 2 tbsp peanut flour
- 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup egg whites (2 egg whites)
- 1/4 a banana
- 1/4 tsp butter extract
Directions: Blend all of the ingredients. Spray a mug with non-stick spray then pour the mixture in the mug and microwave for about 1- 2 minutes.
Whipped Banana Cottage Cheese Sauce
- 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 banana
Directions: Blend all ingredients together until a whipped consistency.
Date Sauce
- 2 deglet dates or 1 medjool date
- Water
Directions: Put dates and water (enough to cover dates) in the fridge overnight to soak. In the morning put just the dates in the food processor and blend until a sauce consistency.
