³ Description

Curried Lentils served with Broccoli, Onion, and Raw Cabbage paired with cut and toasted crispy Egg Roll Wrap for dipping.

² Ingredients

  •  3/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Amy's Kitchen Indian Dal Curried Lentil Soup
  •  1 cup, flowerets Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking)
  •  1 tbsp chopped Onions
  •  1 leaf, medium Cabbage
  •  1/3 serving (serving = 3 wrappers) Nasoya Egg Roll Wraps
   

q Directions

In bowl combine lentils with broccoli and top with diced onion and raw cabbage. Heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until thoroughly heated through.

For egg roll paper: lightly coat with olive oil, cut into four equal pieces, toast in toaster oven for about one minute, or until paper bubbles and crisps up.
