Danish pancakes are made with cottage cheese, I made these with oat flour and protein instead of normal flour.

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

1. Mix All Dry Ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
2. Blend together cottage cheese and egg whites until smooth.
3. Stir wet into dry ingredients.
4. Heat a pan over low heat until water sizzles when dripped on the surface.
5. Put 1/3 c batter into pan. Cook until edges seem 'dry'. Flip and cook 30 s more.
