Afternoon guys And happy hump day! I enjoyed a delicious cake for breakfast and I'm excited to share the recipe with y'all! Its two of my favorite flavors--chocolate & coffee. I've made this before and I loved it! My mom tried it awhile back and said it was bitter but I don't eat sugary foods so it tastes perfect to me..
Mash or blend banana with the vanilla and egg whites. Then stir in other ingredients. Bake in a small dish (about 1-2 cup size ramekin)at 350 for about 25 min. Just keep an eye on it. It may need more time. Enjoy!
