Awesome for a brunch party, or as prep for the week! Also a big hit with the kiddies!

² Ingredients

  •  1 large Egg
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 2 slices) Trader Joe's Sliced Rosemary Ham
  •  0.12 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) American Heritage Cheddar Shredded Cheese
   

q Directions

For each muffin:

1. Whisk one egg and combine with 1/2 slice rosemary ham, 1/2 tbsp shredded cheese, and seasonings of choice.

2. Pour into greased muffin tin.

3. Bake at 375 for approx 25-30 mins, or until set.
