Sushi for Breakfast Can make nut butter of choice! Easy and fun breakfast idea!
French toast sushi style!
1 flat out bread
1 whole banana
2 tbsp of nut butter your choice ( I used p28 white chocolate pb)
In a separate bowl:
Mix 1 egg white
1 tsp unsweetened almond milk
Cinnamon
3-4 drops liquid stevia
Tiny bit of vanilla extract
Spread pb onto flat bread and place banana on it. Roll the sucker up, cut into 6 even pieces, dip each piece evenly into egg mixture and cook on low heat.
