Very easy, and delicious. All the comfort without all the carbs.
PREP
1.)Chop two large heads of cauliflower into florets.
2.)Chop 2 cloves of Garlic
3.)Chop finely green onions or chives.
(optional)
COOK
1.) In a large pot boil 2 heads of cauliflower for
15 minutes of until very soft.
2.) drain, then place in food processor.
3.) Blend together WELL
4.) add parmesan cheese into processor along with any preferred spices. ( I used garlic powder with dried basil and oregano.)
BLEND WELL
5.) pour 2 tbsp of olive oil in medium skillet with chopped garlic.
6.) Pour cauliflower mixture into skillet pan with garlic cloves.
7.) cook for 5-8 mins in skillet till incorporated with cloves.
