Dress up your Salmon Burgers with some Ginger & Cabbage!

² Ingredients

  •  1 large Egg White
  •  1 cup, chopped Cabbage
  •  1 tsp Ginger
  •  3 oz Wild Atlantic Salmon
  •  1 tbsp Soy Sauce (Tamari)
  •  0.06 cup Yellow Whole Grain Corn Meal
  •  1/3 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Trader Joe's Clover Honey
  •  1 tsp Minced Garlic
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/3 spray) Spectrum Coconut Spray Oil
   

q Directions

(Makes about 6 cakes)

In a Food Processor, Pulse:
1/2 Lb. Salmon Filet
2 Handfuls of Shredded Cabbage
1 Egg White
1 TB Soy Sauce (Gluten-Free)
1/2 TB Minced Garlic
1 TB Minced Ginger Root
1 Teaspoon Honey
1 TB Cornmeal (or Almond Flour)
Dash of Dried Parsley
(Optional: Salt & Pepper to Taste)

Form Patties & place on Sheet Pan, lightly sprayed with Coconut Oil

Bake on 375 for about 25 minutes, flipping half-way through if desired
