There's something satisfying about pineapple and coconut together. I think it’s the piña colada.

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat)
  •  1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  •  1/4 tsp Ginger (Ground)
  •  1/4 cup Blueberries
  •  1/4 cup, diced Pineapple
  •  1 serving (serving = 2-4 drops) Whole Foods Market Liquid Stevia Drops
  •  0.125 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) Let's Do Organic Shredded Coconut Unsweetened
   

q Directions

1/2 C cottage cheese
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
3-4 drop lemon liquid stevia
Pineapple
Blueberries
Coconut shreds

Mix together the cottage cheese and spices. Add a bit of almond milk to thin, if desired.
Tops with fruits and coconut. Enjoy!
