Although the taste of the famous Quest bars is to die for, the substance of home made protein bars is usually better. And another asset of home-made protein bars is that they can be made in any flavor possible. Two of the world's best flavors are chocolate and coconut. This is pure chococoheaven!
First, mix the protein powder with the shredded coconut, coconut flour, cacao and salt. Then, add the coconut milk and stevia and mix with your hands – it should be a very, very, very thick and possibly sticky dough. Divide your dough into three parts and turn them into protein bars. Bake for 18min in a 180°C oven.
