I love this recipe as it gives such an amazing, intense chocolatey hit but without any of the guilt or sugars. It's also easy to adapt the flavours - use cinnamon flavoured whey or nut butter and raisins to get a Cinnamon Bun Protein Cake!
1) Combine all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
2) Pour into ramekins, then microwave for around 50-70 seconds (Keep checking from 50 seconds and adjust according to your microwave)
3) Serve up and enjoy!
