A deliciously creamy quick, easy, no added sugar, gluten free, and no bake banana cream pie with a raw protein nut crust :)

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
  •  10 date, pitted Medjool Dates
  •  1.5 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Kirkland Signature Walnuts
  •  1.5 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Publix Lightly Salted Cashews Halves & Pieces
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 medium) Dole Organic Bananas
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 packet) Garden of Life Raw Protein Vanilla
  •  26.7 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Trader Joe's Mascarpone

q Directions

In a food processor blend together 2/3 cup walnuts & Cashews and 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder until a fine grain or powder like consistency.

add dates, mix again add a splash of milk if you need it ( I used about 1 tbsp of coconut milk)

Press crust into a pie pan with parchment paper really well until smooth and even

With an electric mixer beat together the whole 8 oz container of mascarpone cheese, no alcohol added vanilla and over ripe bananas until smooth

** I freeze my over ripe bananas and thaw them out in the fridge overnight so when I use them they are very mushy and easy to mix**

Pour ontop of crust mixture and eat right away or cover and put in fridge to chill. Enjoy :)

Optional** Dust with chocolate, cinnamon, or protein powder **
