This super moist, gluten & oil free loaf is easy and absolutely delicious, a must try!
Preheat oven to 350
Spray bread pan with coconut oil
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl
Mix wet ingredients in a medium sized bowl
Combine wet ingredients into dry
***Optional Mix in Chocolate or carob chips, raisins, coconut, or peanuts***
Pour batter into bread pan and bake for 40-45 mins until edges are golden and toothpick comes out clean!
Cool on rack for 15 minutes, pop it out, cut and Enjoy. :)
