Wow, how something so simple can taste so AMAZING?! Here is what I did: toast a slice of whole wheat bread and spread a thin layer of hummus. Sprinkle a little bit of cumin. Top the hummus with romaine lettuce and homemade tomato sauce (tomato and garlic cooked together), 1/4 cup chickpeas, avocado and red onions. I swear this tasted SO yummy. Perfect combination.
