@eatclean_livestrong combines the deliciousness of cookie dough, peanut butter, and @krushbars ALL IN ONE BITE!
Cookie Dough Layer:
1 cup great northern beans
2 TB coconut flour
2 TB almond meal
1/2 scoop vanilla Lean Body for Her whey
1/2 cup almond milk
2 TB sweet it IMO syrup (or honey)
Peanut Butter Layer:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
6 oz. tofu (yogurt works as well)
1/4 cup peanut flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 Peanut Butter Chocolate Crunch Krush Bar, diced
Method:
In a blender, combine all cookie dough layer ingredients.
Pour into the bottom of a loaf pan (lined with wax paper for easy removal).
Blend all peanut butter layer ingredients, except for Krush Bars.
Stir in diced Krush Bars and pour over cookie dough layer.
Place in freezer to set for 1-2 hours. Remove and slice.
