Holiday Treat Protein Peppermint Bark

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 piece) Bob's Original Candy Cane
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Hershey's Natural Unsweetened Cocoa
  •  2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Maranatha All Natural Coconut Butter
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) MGN Pure Isolate Whey Protein
   

q Directions

4 tbsp melted coconut butter
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 scoop muscle gauge pure isolate in chocolate or chocolate mint
1 crushed candy cane

1.) Melt butter in microwave for 1 minute and combine cocoa and whey protein
2.) Mix well
3.) Pour onto a wax paper lined shallow tray and sprinkle crushed candy cane over top
4.) Freeze for minimum of one hour
5.) Break into pieces (approx 10 pieces)

One serving = 1 piece 100 cal, 5g carbs, 8g fat, and 4g protein
