² Ingredients

  •  6 tsp Minced Garlic
  •  5 large Mushrooms
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 medium pepper) Publix Red Bell Pepper
  •  1/4 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Bell Peppers
  •  1/2 cup Alfalfa Sprouts
  •  8 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Weber Grill Creations Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoning
  •  6 serving (serving = 1/2 tsp) Bragg Liquid Aminos
  •  1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  •  3 large Egg White
  •  2 large Young Green Onions
  •  2 cup, cooked Shrimp
  •  5 large Baby Carrots
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 medium onion) Tanimura & Antle Sweet Yellow Onion
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) McCormick Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  •  3 sprig Cilantro
   

q Directions

1.marinate your shrimp for at least 30 minutes in the Boston Bay seasoning, liquid aminos, cilantro, and 1/2 the minced garlic.

2. add it all to a medium - high heated wok or skillet sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.

3.the shrimp cook quickly, so about 3-4 minutes max will do. remove them from the pan and set them aside for now.

4.add all onions (use just one of the chopped green onion stalks) garlic or shallots, carrots, red bell, yellow pepper and aminos into the medium heated pan and cook covered until the onions are translucent and the carrots have softened a little ( about 5 minutes.)

5.make a well in the middle of your wok and pour the egg whites into it. let them cook and scramble as you continuously stir until they are done and all mixed in.

6.add the mushrooms, cooked rice, shrimp, chopped pineapple, pepper, red pepper flakes and green peas into the wok.

7. incorporate and mix well, then let it sit covered for 5 more minutes over low heat. chop the remaining green onion stalk and top your dish with it.

8. devourrrrrrrr!
