  •  3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
  •  1 large Egg
  •  2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  8 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Bob's Red Mill 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  •  1 tsp Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
  •  1 tsp Baking Soda
  •  1/2 tsp Salt
  •  8 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Nestle Chocolate Chunks
  •  1/2 cup, chopped Pecan Nuts
   

q Directions

preheat oven to 350 degrees
mix the wet ingredients with the wet, and the dry with the dry.
combine all together in a large mixing bowl
fold in chocolate chunks and pecans last
spray muffin pan with no-stick cooking spray
bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown
