Great low-calorie, high protein meal. Adaptable to either oven cooked or slow cooker.

² Ingredients

  •  1 tablespoon Fat Free Sour Cream
  •  1 can (10.75 oz), ready-to-serve Low Sodium Beef Broth, Bouillon or Consomme (Canned)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Del Monte Diced Tomatoes No Salt Added
  •  1 tbsp Paprika
  •  1 tbsp Canola Vegetable Oil
  •  1 tsp Minced Garlic
  •  1 large Onions
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 serving (71 g)) Low Sodium Sauerkraut (Canned)
  •  1 lb Pork Loin (Whole, Lean Only)
   

q Directions

Preheat oven to 325F
Cut 2lbs lean pork into 1" cubes
Drain 16oz of sauerkraut
Dice 2 large onions and saute with 1 clove minced garlic in 1 tbsp oil until softened.
Add 1/4 cup paprika and cook for 1 min.
Add pork, sauerkraut, diced tomatoes and beef broth.
Heat to boiling
Put in 325F oven and cook for 90 mins.
Top individual servings with non-fat sour cream to taste.
