And another easy PROTEINPACKED cake, which I will be using for a post workout snack this week. It is moist and this one is quite plain with a simple vanilla-cinnamon taste which is good, but will definitely experiment with various editions of this!

q Directions

Beat the eggwhites with a handblender for 1-2 min or longer to ensure moist and fluffy texture. Mix in the rest of the ingredients (mash the banana) and cook either in a breadform or springform (which I used this time) in an oven on 200 degrees until brown and a fork comes out clean. Easy for on-the-go and easy for make! Store in the fridge.
