  •  1 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet Potato
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Pure Protein Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla
  •  1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1. Cook sweet potato, then mash

2. Mix egg whites, protein powder and baking soda with mashed sweet potato, form into pancakes on a pan set to medium

3. Cook until done and enjoy!
