A really simple pancake recipe made from naturally ingredients.
Peel plantain. Add all ingredient in blender and blend until smooth. Cook on skillet. Top with your favorite pancakes toppings.
We did one egg yolk, 1 teaspoon ghee, and 2 teaspoons maple.
