Yummy breakfast or snack! Just about as healthy as a muffin recipe can get without sacrificing flavor.
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease muffin tins with cooking spray.
Mix flour, baking powder&soda, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree, eggs, and stevia(recipe will not let me choose baking stevia, but you need 1/4 cup of baking stevia).
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients slowly.
Mix well.
Fill muffin tins evenly, then add a few chocolate chips to each muffin.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
