These cookies are a healthy taste of fall in one bite. They are meant to satisfy your sweet tooth and your pumpkin craving!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. In a food processor combine all ingredients except the rolled oats
3. Once all ingredients are incorporated, poor in rolled oats and pulse about 5 times (this will allow your cookie to have chunks of oats)
4. Spoon cookies onto baking sheet lined with wax or parchment paper
5. Bake for about 18-20 mins
6. For the glaze stir all ingredients together until smooth (you may need to add more milk to make a honey like texture)
7. Once cookies are finished (toothpick comes out clean) remove from oven and place on cooling rack
8. While cookies are still hot, spoon small amounts of the glaze on too so that it slowly melts over cookies
