Who doesn't love a peanut butter and chocolate combination?! Especially in a guilt free way!

For Cake:
Mix 2T peanut flour, egg whites, water, 1 scoop chocolate greens, and baking powder together. Spray mug and pour in. Cook for two minutes in microwave.
For peanut butter filling:
Mix ricotta cheese, last 2T peanut flour, almond milk, and banana(MELTED in microwave for 30 seconds--caramelizes it) together. Cut mugcake in half and scoop filling inside
For Chocolate Shell:
Mix 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 1T cocoa powder, and stevia to taste together. Pour over the top of the mugcake. Enjoy!
