³ Description

Gluten free asian sesame spicy beans and bell peppers with a slight sweetness

² Ingredients

  •  2 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
  •  1 small Onions
  •  1.5 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) San-J Organic Tamari Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
  •  1 serving (19g) Sesame Seeds
  •  1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  •  1/2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  •  0.1875 cup slices (1" dia) Ginger
  •  3 cloves Garlic
  •  4 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Bell Peppers
  •  2 10 beans Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh)
   

q Directions

Finely chop onions and pan fry over medium heat in coconut oil

while onions are cooking trim your green beans and cut your peppers into skinny slices and add to pan

finely slice jalapeno or other hot peppers, grate ginger and garlic and add to pan

cook until desired consistency of the vegetables (I like a little bit of crunch still) then top with tamari and sesame seeds. Enjoy as a meal or a side (servings are for a side)!
