Do you find yourself stopping at Starbucks for a coffee and breakfast? Trust me I love my Starbucks Americano! But what I love even more is having my own meal that I can assure is healthy for me.
Puree frozen peaches in Vitamix or high powered blender
Mix a third of a scoop of protein powder your greek yogurt in for some flavor (I used graham cracker because I like the light flavor with the peach!)
Layer bottom of mason jar with oats
Next layer greek yogurt mixture
Next layer peach puree
Followed by oats and a little of the toasted coconut and repeat!
Sprinkle cinnamon and coconut on top!
Store mason jar in the fridge over night for a delicious breakfast or post workout parfait!
