³ Description

cool down for summer with these @questnutrition ice cream pops!! they are SUPER Easy to make, and the taste just like the strawberry cheesecake pops from good humor! but THEY ARE STACKED WITH PROTEIN<3

² Ingredients

q Directions

· 1 strawberry cheesecake @questnutrition bar · 1 ¼ cup water · ¾ cup almond milk plus 1 TB · ¼ cup 2% cottage cheese · ½ cup diced strawberries · 1 scoop vanilla whey · 2 TB virgin coconut oil · 1 tsp xanthum gum

Directions: 1. In a magic bullet, combine almond milk (save the 1 TB), cottage cheese, water, whey, and xanthum gum. 2. Blend for a minute until a frothy “milk” has formed. 3. In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil in the 1 TB almond milk. Add about ¼ of the “milk” mixture. 4. Break up the @questnutrition bar into small pieces and melt in the heated coconut oil/milk. 5. Once the questie has melted, stir in the rest of the “milk” and the diced strawberries. 6. Take off heat and make sure everything is mixed well! 7. Let cool, doesn’t take too longJ 8. Pour into ice pop molds, or if you don’t have them (like me) pour into small cups and stick a popsicle stick in them! 9. Freeze! ENJOY
