high protein, low carb cheesecake baked pr-oats!
1/3 cup oats
2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 egg white
2 TB of 1/3 fat cream cheese
1/2 tb sweetener, I used Sweet It (all fiber!!)
1/2 scoop Lean Body for Her vanilla whey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
opt. fruit, chocolate,etc!
Combine in a ramekin and bake at 400 for 35 minutes
