I love baking on friday nights, I made the pumpkin pie mug cake while this baking
Preheat oven to 325. beat 12egg whites until foamy. gently add in 1/4c raw stevia, 1/4c melted honey. add in 1tsp vanilla, 1tsp lemon. slowly add 1/2c coconut flour & mix slowly but thoroughly. pour into coconut oil sprayed 8x8 baking dish. bake on 325 for 40minutes. once cooled & before serving top withmix 2tbsp vanilla greek yogurt, 1/2tbsp coconut milk, 1tbsp vanilla whey protein powder. finish her off with strawberries
