Super moist and paleo-friendly cupcakes made with fresh strawberries!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chop up strawberries into small pieces. In separate bowls, combine the wet and dry ingredients (mash banana with a fork and add to wet ingredients). Then combine both mixes together in a large bowl and fold in the chopped strawberries. Mix well and divide into muffin tins (use wrappers). Bake for 30 minutes and enjoy!
