The quickest soup you can make. Fats and healthy. Give it a go.

² Ingredients

  •  3 cup chopped Broccoli
  •  4 large Baby Carrots
  •  1/2 cup, chopped Onions
  •  1 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin)
  •  3 serving (serving = 1 cup) Health Valley Fat Free Vegetable Broth
  •  1 cup Parsley

made a yummy healthy soup in 15 minutes from start to end and if you can make a soup in less time than that then tag me so I can see Broccoli curry soup: take a pan and throw 3 cups of broccoli florets, 5 oz white potato choppes small, 1/2 white onion chopped into cubes, 6-7 baby carrots chopped. Put on a stove and add low sodium vegetable broth till it covers 1 inch above the veggies. Bring to boil and then reduce to low and coom for 10 -12 min. Meanwhile chop some parsley and peel 2 cloves of garlic. 10 minutes later shut the heat and trasfer the entire soup into a blender and blend. Optionally I also add 1/2 cup ff #fage greek yogurt when I blend the soup. After blending add in chopped parsley, press the garlic into the soup and add salt and curry powder. Mix and thats it. Done done done!
