  •  1 cup Spinach
  •  1 medium (2-3/4" dia) Golden Delicious Apples
  •  1.5 serving (serving = 1/3 cup) Now Foods Whey Protein Isolate Unflavored
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Pure Hawaiian Spirulina
