Vegan and Gluten free, all natural dessert (or breakfast haha) :)
Cut up apples and peaches into small cubes about 3/4 of an inch
Add coconut oil, 1 tsp cinnamon, vanilla and 2 tsp coconut sugar (or stevia for 0 sugar) and mix together until evenly spread.
Put in an 8x8 baking dish.
Mix Crust ingredients, and crush your nuts (add some almond milk if needed to help stick). Top fruit with crust evenly and sprinkle with coconut sugar (or stevia).
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until crust tips are golden :). Enjoy!
